Michael was not my agent. I was the purchaser and Michael was the vendor's agent. I thought he did a good professional job for the vendor. It was a good add. He arranged a private viewing for my wife and myself. He was pleasant to deal with. I thought he was very good in post auction negotiations to secure a sale on the day. I am planning to rent the unit out for a couple of years before we move in and I have asked Michael's firm to be the rental agent.
Spectacular
If you are in the process of finding a superb real estate agent in the Eastern Suburbs, look no further than Michael Lyons. What do I mean by superb? Knowledgeable, honest, straight forward, experienced, friendly, helpful, immediately responsive (to both large and small issues), and highly motivated to elicit the very best outcome for you. Buying and/or selling can be a daunting experience. Michael made it smooth and easy - So grateful.
Thank You Michael
I first met Michael Lyons in an open house in 2023 and ended up purchasing an Eastern suburb property from him. When the time came for me to sell my house in the North Shore, I naturally thought of Michael. I needed someone who I could trust to have my best interest in mind to oversee the whole process while I was overseas.
Michael remained in close touch from start to finish with me via WhatsApp to make sure I knew what was happening every step of the way.
Michael’s expertise in the industry is unbeatable. He succeeded in securing me a buyer with a price that matched my expectations.
I will no doubt use the services of Michael Lyons again should another opportunity arise.
Thanks again Michael for all your assistance.
Clear, Direct and Professional
I was very lucky to have Mike as my agent for the sale of my Potts Point apartment. Throughout the whole process - from my first enquiry to settlement - he was clear, direct and extremely personable in his regular communication with me. I trusted his judgement and knew he was always acting in my best interests. I felt that he gave me the same time and attention as he would if I was selling a much larger and more valuable property. Thank you so much Mike. You’re a star.
Sale Of Paddington Terrace At Auction
Mike assisted me with my Paddington terrace at auction whilst I was interstate. I could not fault his communication, integrity or professionalism. He went above and beyond, including extra assistance with an unrelated agency which had been managing a tenancy for the same property.
At auction, Mike was superb over the more than half hour of bidding and consideration of the fast-changing circumstances.
I recommend Mike very highly and commend him for his great expertise, fine sense of humour and wonderful assistance to me and my family.
Straightforward And No Nonsense And Also A Pleasure To Deal With
My client was considering this property, along with another apartment being marketed by a different agent. Our experiences of the two agents could not have been more different. Whilst the other agent was vague, slow to respond and cagey about his campaign, Michael was personable, clear and straightforward about what the seller was asking for.
Michael also made the negotiation very simple and smooth, giving me and my buyer a clear path to successfully negotiating to buy the property. The result was an immediate acceptance of our offer, with no games being played.
Thank you again to you and your team Michael.
Terrific Follow Up And Extremely Professional
My recent dealings with Michael Lyons were excellent. He assisted in securing an investment property I was interested in. His follow up throughout the period was professional and timely, and he was also a pleasure to deal with.
Many thanks for your assistance and great work Michael.
